Removing Wings |
|
|
Pull the wing away from the body and slit the
skin between the wing and body. Bend back the
wing until the joint pops out. Cut through the
broken joint, meat, and skin to sever the wing.
Repeat with the other wing.
Chicken wings are ready for the frying pan. Free
range chicken wings will have more muscle and
texture due to the exercise they receive in
their free range environment. |
